(AGE)has prepared this
work plan addendum for 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy, CA. The addendum was prepared in
accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) letter, dated
03 March 2010. The EHD letter directed submittal of a site plan showing the proposed locations for
the aquifer volume injection test borings and technical justification for selecting the locations.
AGE proposes to advance two injection test borings for performance of a preliminary aquifer volume
test in the southern portion of the site. The locations were selected based on similar lithology and
proximity to the former underground storage tank(UST)area. The lithology in the southern portion
of the site is consistent with the lithology in the proposed treatment area; in addition, the proposed
locations of the injection test borings are outside of the petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil and
ground water plumes at the site and upgradient of the former UST area. A site plan illustrating the
proposed locations of injection test borings is presented in Figure 1.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at (209) 467-1006.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, m No.8574 92
3A.., u).A 4
Brian W.
