BOX 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
RE: Customer: Williams Tank Lines
Location: Jacktone Rd and S/R 120
Dear Mr. Snavely:
Please find enclosed the last two documents on the disposal of the
solid and liquid wastes from this loss.
I have instructed Canonie labs to send the report on Sample #7 (Resample
No. 5) directly to your attention (5.0 TTLC Lead) .
Additionally, Ms. Cottula has requested I put in writing how the recovery
well was closed out. This was accomplished by pulling the cassion and
well casing out of the ground and filling with a backfill of the same
general characteristics of the original soil. This was compacted per
Cal Trans' requirements by Hydro Jetting.
At this point, it appears all necessary site mitigation has been
performed.
Thank you for your co—operation in bringing this spill cleanup to a
satisfactory end.
Very truly yours,
JP SERVICES, INC.
idd
W.
