Called PE 2200 HENRY <br /> 30 min Lisa back she wanted to forward a complaint to us regarding leaking diesel hose SC 007 <br /> at 2615 W. Grant Line Road. They received the complaint this morning. I <br /> generated a complaint for this address, assigned to Betty Ho. <br /> 01/18/2018 Received complaint on desk 1/17/2018. Complaint stated that the pump continued PE 2200 HO <br /> 18 min to spill gas after done fueling. SC 007 <br /> Called Aric, complainant, 209-496-0122 to ask what happened. He stated that he <br /> was filling up his truck with diesel and the pump did not stop when it was full to <br /> cause about 1 quart of diesel to overflow onto the concrete. He stated that he had <br /> to manually shut off the pump by lifting the handle and no one came out to clean <br /> up the spill as his wife was trying to get someone's attention. <br /> Will conduct their routine hazardous waste inspection and follow up on this <br /> complaint. <br /> 02/16/2018 On site to verify complaint. Talked to operator Hakimi Wais about spill release and PE 2200 HO <br /> 12 min procedure for clean up. Informed him that I was on site to follow up on a complaint SC 004 <br /> as well as conduct the facilities routine hazardous waste inspection. Hakimi <br /> explained how the facility handles spill at the gas pump or any location on <br /> property. He showed me the spill kit locations and that the facility logs in every <br /> spill.
