(AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly.,ground water monitoring report for'the site at 104 West Beverly Place, Tracy,'California. <br /> •.•The''scope of work includedthe monitoring and sampling of eight wells and,preparation of this, <br /> report. The site location is illustrated on Figure 1. Locations of structures, borings, and monitoring. <br /> wells related to the site are illustrated on Figure 2. Site background information, is provided in <br /> Appendix-A. <br /> 2.0.. PROCEDURES <br /> The June 2004 monitoring event was performed in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water . <br /> 1 Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department . <br /> (EHD)guidelines for investigation ofunderground storage tank(UST)sites and for sampling ground ; <br /> water monitoring wells. <br />' 2,1. ' ' WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> On.23 June 2004„a.Solinst water level meter was used to.measure the depth.to ground,water in <br /> ground water monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-7 relative to the tops of the well casin s.'After <br /> , b'r g � p g , <br /> groundwater depth measurements were collected, each monitoring well was purgedusing a new <br /> disposable plastic bailer..Between.3.0 and.7.5 gallons of water were evacuated.fiom each monitoring <br /> well, a minimum of three casing-water volumes per well. <br /> Temperature, p1j,`and conductivity were measured at.I tov3 gallon intervals, as appropriate, using <br /> an Oakton�waier analyzer,to monitor stabilization ofthese ground,water'parameters. Field data logs <br /> are,included in Appendix B.
