Attached is the shipping paper with the actual
gross weights T 1,130 lbs Flammable liquids (3 drums), & 128 lbs Flammable solids (1 drum). These drums
were transported from NC back to the HHW Facility for consolidation. The materials have been bulked,
and will be shipped out with the next consolidated shipment (likely within the next 2 weeks).
I
The diesel will be shipped out as a Flammable liquid to the treatment, storage, and disposal facility
(TSDF) in Wilmington, CA (EPA ID# CAD044429835; 1737 E. Denni St., Wilmington, CA, 90744) for fuels
blending.
The absorbent pads will be shipped out as Flammable solids to the TSDF in EI Dorado. Arkansas (EPA ID#
ARD069748192; 309 American Cir., AR, 71730) for incineration.
Does Toua Yang (SJCEHD) need to see a copy of the manifest(s) when the bulked materials are
shipped out?
t
Please let me now if you have any other questions or need further documentation.
i
3
Thanks,
Kimbra Andrews
22/7/2006
