This site exceeds the ESL's for xylenes
and total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg). CVRWQCB has recommended
you address this issue using a Johnson-Ettinger model (Tier 2) using site specific inputs.
Groundwater is.fairly shallow at the site (<10 feet below surface grade)so potential soil
vapor migration should be addressed in the assessment.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Lori Duncan, Senior REHS Margaret agorio, Supervising REHS
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV
cc: James Barton, CVRWQCB
Rusty Benkosky, Secor International Inc.
