The IT Group had overseen the <br /> previous environmental work conducted at the site. ARCO has now retained Stratus <br /> Environmental, Inc. (Stratus) to continue with the site investigation, including preparing <br /> and submitting the work plan requested by PHS/EHD. I appreciate the one week <br /> extension you granted today for submitting the work plan; the due date is now April 21, <br /> 2000. This time will allow Stratus to more thoroughly review the project files and <br /> prepare an appropriate scope of work to characterize the soil and groundwater beneath <br /> the site.
