The rinseate water was transported by Nor Cal Oil, Co. to the Seaport <br /> Environmental Recycling Facility in Redwood City, California. A copy of the non-hazardous <br /> waste manifest is attached. On November 28, 2000, ATC Associates personnel loaded and <br /> transported approximately five tons of soil cuttings generated at the site during drilling activities <br /> on April 3, 2000 to the Forward Landfill in Stockton, California. A copy of the non-hazardous <br /> waste manifest is attached. <br /> In accordance with you letter confirming the site investigation and corrective action at the site <br /> dated September 15, 2000, this concludes site activities.
