Broadway Ave., Stockton <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Summary and Recommendations <br /> Spingolo Trucking has complied with the requirements in the Regional Board Staff letters and directives. <br /> The Site has qualified for closure under the LTCP and groundwater was minimally impacted (one 2001 <br /> grab sample). Groundwater monitoring did not detect petroleum hydrocarbons. Residual soil <br /> contamination pose minimal risk to sensitive receptors, human health, or other beneficial uses of <br /> groundwater in the area. The three USTs releases are adequately defined and no further action is <br /> necessary. WQGs were not exceeded. Based on the limited extent of soil pollution, lack of threats to <br /> sensitive receptors from groundwater, soil and soil vapor intrusion, and compliance with the tasks of. <br /> Regional Board directives, no further action is warranted for the Site. Staff recommends closure of this <br /> Site. The required public participation comment period was conducted from 13 January 2012 to 15 <br /> February 2012 with no adverse comments. All monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-3) were properly <br /> destroyed on 25 November 2014.
