In order to move into the last phase of the closure process, you are directed <br /> to submit a work plan to destroy all monitoring wells in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) well destruction requirements. <br /> The well destruction work plan is due 30 January 2013. I <br /> Upon my review and subsequent approval of the work plan, you are to acquire all <br /> necessary SJCEHD permits, destroy all wells, properly dispose of all wastes, and <br /> submit a well destruction report within 90 days of the work plan approval date, or <br /> provide a schedule within 15 days of the work plan approval date with reasons for <br /> any delays.
