Thisiarea, at the <br /> time of inspection, was open to the general publicfand the soil <br /> pile could be sampled from either of the two adjoining <br /> properties. <br /> soil samples aken of what appeared to be discolored soil on the <br /> surface. A sample was taken by using a stainless steel scoop and <br /> placing equal amounts of soil into each of the twoj�sample jars <br /> (Soil A and Soil B) . <br /> Samples were labeled and a chain of custody was prepared.
