Approximately 18 gallons of fuel <br /> was spilled. <br /> I <br /> VIOLATIONSIOBSERVATIONS: <br /> when I arrived on site cleanup was complete. As per Terri, Manager, the storm drain was not <br /> impacted. She said absorbent was used to clean the fuel and the waste generated was put in the <br /> facility's hazardous waste drum. Upon inspection of the hazardous waste storage area it was <br /> observed that the hazardous waste drum lid was open, and another 5 gallon unlabeled orange <br /> bucket also contained the absorbent.
