Box 2009
Stockton CA 95201
RE: Notice to Abate dated July 12, 1993
Dear Ms. Briggs:
Please accept this letter as our response to your Notice to Abate
dated July 12, 1993. We offer the following as our completed action
in answer to your concerns:
1. We have never used the sink in unit 110 to dispose of paints,
thinners or any other chemicals. We have used the sink to
wash water soluble paints out of brushes used in converting
vacant apartments. This appears to be within your guidelines
according to your staff based on a telephone conversation
held just after your visit.
2. Paints, chemicals, etc. have been shelved; separated; and
cleaned up in the dumpster store room. We thank you for
refering us to Dan Deneen. Our partially full paint cans
have gone to help in eradicating graffiti in Stockton.
3. The leaking dumpster has been replaced by Delta Container
and should not be of any further problem.
4. All three areas have been cleaned.
Thank you for your visit and helpful suggestions. It is our stated
mission to provide custom tailored value and quality service to our
residents. Your assistance and suggestions are most welcome in
helping us meet these goals.
Sincerely
Johnson
Resident Manager
cc: Jim Stoffler
Craig Reinmuth
William Tuthill
877 East March Lane • Stockton, California 95207 • (209) 957-4711
