The property is a vacant lot. Property contained solid waste, green waste, furniture,junk material, an abandoned vehicle, and waste tires. PE 4400 MATTU 30 min SC 007 11/06/2017 Mailed SW Notice To Abate dated 10/18/17 to property owner by regular and PE 4400 FIELD 0 min certified mail. Certified mail#9171 9690 0935 0160 1371 00. SC 177 11/14/2017 Conducted site re-inspection. Plle of waste previously at center of property has PE 4400 MATTU 90 min been removed. Inoperable vehicle has been removed. Along perimeter of SC 004 property remains on site. Photographs were taken (see attached). 11/17/2017 Drafted Notice to abate + Photo Log. PE 4400 MATTU 60 min SC 007 11/20/2017 Mailed SW Notice To Abate dated 11/14/2017 to property owner at his mailing PE 4400 FIELD 0 min address. Mailed regular and certified. Certified#:9171 9690 0935 0160 1372 78. SC 177 12/04/2017 Conducted site re-inspection. Two trucks on site contained waste. Green waste PE 4400 MATTU 60 min pile remains at east end. A woman on site stated that the neighbor to the north SC 004 has been cleaning the property and that she has been helping out. I left my business card in the gate of residence to the north. Photographs were taken ( see attached). 01/04/2018 Arrived on site at approximately 2:20pm. Deputy Trish Anderson was on site PE 4400 MATTU 60 min speaking with a few people loitering on site. Waste still remains on site. SC 444 Photographs were taken (see attached). One woman stated that her sister lived at the neighboring house to the north and that the owner of the neighboring house had been cleaning up the property. Spoke with Ralph Barron (209-684-4363) next door(38 S. Olive ave). He confirmed that the womans sister does live with him and that he has been cleaning up the property. He stated that the new owner of the property lives across the street from the lot and that he has been helping him to clean up the property. I asked Ralph if he knew the new owners name, he did not. The address across the street from the lot is 107 S. Olive avenue. Spoke with Jason Medina who stated that he was not sure if his father had bought the property. He stated that his fathers name is Jose Medina. I gave Jason my card and instructed him to give it to his father. 02/28/2018 ARrived on site at approximately 10:10am. 3 vehicles were parked on site. No PE 4400 MATTU 60 min persons were on site. Material on site is mostly non-putrescible solid waste. SC 004 PHotographs were taken ( see attached). 05/22/2018 Drafted referral to CDD.
