This owner is the older lady's s deny everything. I told them to retrain everyone in proper food handling techniques and to keep an eye on the out the day. I was not able to verify that the chips are reused. They showed me the garbage can with t y m thru- on. They taken from the tables when they get cleaned up. There was soap and paper at the hand sinks. I reminded them ta g in to gain to use gloves when touching the horchata dispenser. Well to my suprise I saw things I didn't want to see again. Once again chi baskets were just being put back into the warmer with left over chips right after picking them up directly from the tables, they still haven't fixed the machine for the horchata because I noticed one of the employees wanting to poke at it to unclogg it but was looking around and to many of us were watching him so he used a utensil and I went to their restroom and was waiting for the person that was inside to come out and as the door was opening one Of the older female employees came out and looked up at me and said to herself in Spanish that she would wash her hands later when she had a chance. I was so disgusted because she was the one handing out the food to the tables and I could see her walk through the back of the kitchen and just proceeded to making homemade tortillas again without washing her hands. I feel like this place is very unsanitary and I have to once more brin it to your attention.
