He stated that the 7 mares is a soup. It comes with sea food broth that <br /> is made on site. It is stored in the walk in cooler. Sea food consist of clam, mussel, fish, octopus, shrimp, crab, lobster, and <br /> mixed veggies. The mixed veggies are stored in the walk in cooler and the sea food are individually bagged and kept frozen. <br /> When the 7 mares is ordered, all ingredients are boiled. Horchata base is a powder that is mixed with water(milk based). <br /> Owner also stated that no one has been ill or traveled to another country in the past weeks. <br /> Observations: All food temperatures from refrigerators and freezers are acceptable. Hand wash station provided with soap <br /> and towels. Sanitizer for towels was not set up. Ware washing was set up and lacked sanitizer. The horchata inside the <br /> dispenser was not cold enough. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
