NOT CHANGING GREASE, USING SAME <br /> GREASE FOR BOTH FISH, SHRIMP, CHICKEN AND ANY OTHER FRIED FOODS, UNUSED COOKED RICE IS PUT <br /> BACK INTO REFRIGERATOR IN SAME PAN AND REUSED THE NEXT DAY. ON 1/31/2018 CUSTOMER NOTICED <br /> MOLD IN THE BOTTOM OF RICE PAN. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediate/v.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP 0 F --COMMENTS <br /> 2 door cooler—35.000 F Rice— 160.000 F <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was not aware of this complaint. He stated that pest control service comes in monthly. They have 2 woks <br /> with hot oil. One is for tempura. Oil. The other wok is for other fried foods The other one for other foods. Left over rice is <br /> refrigerated and reheated the next day. <br /> Observation: No evidence of rodents. Rice looks fresh.
