This
letter serves as a notification that there still may be hazardous materials/waste at
or on the property that may pose a detriment to the health and safety of any future
occupants of these premises.
PHS/EHD recommends that an assessment be conducted by a certified industrial
hygienist to evaluate and certify the structure safe for occupancy. In the event
contamination is identified, PHS/EHD further recommends that all hazardous
conditions be abated prior to the premises being reoccupied.
A list of hazardous waste cleanup firms and certified testing laboratories are
available from PHS/EHD upon request.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call JERRY YOSHIOKA,
R.E.H.S., at (209) 468-0335.
Ernest M.
