Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> .AUGUST 7, 1996 <br /> .MOTEL SIX INCORPORATED <br /> .14651 N DALLAS PARKWAY, STE 500 <br /> .DALLAS TX 75240 <br /> RE: MOTEL 6 #1323 COMPLAINT:006617 <br /> .6717 PLYMOUTH DRIVE <br /> .STOCKTON CA <br /> A report of a drug lab received by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services/Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) identified the improper handling <br /> of hazardous materials/waste in and around the above referenced premises. This <br /> letter serves as a notification that there still may be hazardous materials/waste at <br /> or on the property that may pose a detriment to the health and safety of any future <br /> occupants of these premises. <br /> PHS/EHD recommends that an assessment be conducted by a certified industrial <br /> hygienist to evaluate and certify the structure safe for occupancy. In the event <br /> contamination is identified, PHS/EHD further recommends that all hazardous <br /> conditions be abated prior to the premises being reoccupied. <br /> A list of hazardous waste cleanup firms and certified testing laboratories are <br /> available from PHS/EHD upon request. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call JERRY YOSHIOKA, <br /> R.E.H.S., at (209) 468-0335. <br /> Ernest M.
