North Broadway, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Rowe: <br /> At the request of Western Square Industries and in accordance with our telephone conversation, <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) will be transporting the stockpiled contaminated soil to <br /> a licensed landfill facility for disposal. Loading, transportation and disposal are schedule for 11 <br /> November 1999. <br /> The contaminated soil was excavated during the closure of three shallow disposal wells at the subject <br /> propem The soil will be transported by Lutrel Trucking to BFI-Vasco Road Landfill in Livermore, <br /> California. As required by BFI. additional metals analysis was performed on the two composite <br /> stockpiled soil samples collected on 07 September 1999. A copy of the additional laboratory analysis <br /> is attached. <br /> Upon receipt.copies of the landfill disposal manifests and load tickets will be provided to your office <br /> for documentation purposes.
