(AGE) has prepared the enclosed Shallow Disposal Well Closure Work Plan for the property <br /> site located at 1565/1621 North Broadway, Stockton, California. <br /> The work plan was prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) by letter dated 14 June 1999 and in accordance with <br /> USEPA Region 9 Guidelines for Closure of Shallot, Disposal Wells - 1992. The scope of work <br /> includes the removal of the shallow well contents, collection of soil samples and procurement of <br /> laboratory analysis. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan, AGE will submit an application for a drilling permit, <br /> a permit fee and a site-specific health and safety plan.
