As such, it appears that at least one
eligible release associated with this claim exists. However, there are potentially
ineligible sources associated with this site, as well. Specifically, any corrective action
costs incurred as a result of contamination from the former AST or from any nearby
sites identified on GeoTracker (http:/lgeotracker.waterboards.ca.govl) are not eligible for
reimbursement from the USTCF.
Additionally, the Fund does not reimburse for costs associated with reports that are not
uploaded to GeoTracker. As such, efforts should be taken to upload all pertinent
technical reports to GeoTracker to avoid unnecessary delays in future reimbursement.
Technical staff at the UST Cleanup Fund will review future reimbursement requests to
determine the eligibility of costs.
If you disagree with this Staff Decision, you may appeal to the Fund Manager pursuant
to Section 2814 of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund
Regulations: If you would like review of the decision by the Fund Manager, please
submit your request along with any additional documentation to:.
California Enviroamental Protecdon Agency
a Recycled Paper
