The former underground storage tank(s) (UST) cannot be recommended for final <br /> 1 <br /> closure without further investigation to determine the full extent ofthe soil and/or groundwater problem. <br /> In addition,PHS/EHD is providingyou notification that an*Underground St6rage Tank Unauthorized Release <br /> (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report"has been filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at you facility,San Joaquin County PHS/EHD has <br /> been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the <br /> investigation of leaking UST's.
