Ground water contamination has-been verified in the PR, 'but . <br /> the PR is missing some information and the proposed work pian lacks specifics. <br /> The following information was .not 'included in the ?' R and should be included in <br /> the. Problem .Assessment Report: <br /> 1. The site map is not lo.scale and does not su'pply :enough details. Where <br /> are the .river,. the street, the underground utilities, etc.? <br /> 2. The laboratory reports for t-he data presented in -Table 2.6 were -not <br /> included in the PR. <br /> 3. The locations of the domestic well and septic tanks were not shown on a <br /> f map or described beyond stating they are within a ,quarter .mile of the <br />! site. <br /> The proposed work plan lacks the following specifics: <br /> 1. The proposed shallow soil boring locations a'nd numbers were not <br /> specified.-, ` ` <br /> 2. Analytical methods for .the soil. and groundwater samples were not <br /> specified. <br /> 3. Well construction details were not included.`'! <br /> 4. The soil- sample collection interval was not specified.
