There has been <br /> no substantial change in the design and operation of the facility as otherwise approved 4 years ago. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> Provide a brief description of your project,including but not limited to,site acreage,type of construction activity,structures to be <br /> bui1t,and pmjcct on: <br /> The project is for the processing of whole scrap tires into"tire derived aggregate"(TDA)and the covered storage of used tires. There <br /> will be up to 19 people working 8-10 hrs.per day Monday-Friday. Whole scrap tires will be picked up and brought to the site by the <br /> applicant,processed into TDF/TDA within the existing buildings,stored per the footprint(s)in the diagram/schematie,and then loaded <br /> and transported to market. The TDA is used for civil engineering projects such as road base or fill material or tire derived fuel. Pick <br /> up and delivery will average 17 vehicles per day. No new structures are proposed. Tractors and trailers used for tire pick up will <br /> be stored on the property. Current parcel(s)size is 7.458 acres,all useable acres. <br />
