Disconnect all <br /> hazardous/unsanitary connections. <br /> HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS EXIST-UNSAFE TO OCCUPY-VACATE IMMEDIATELY <br /> Please be advised that pursuant to California Health& Safety Code, Section 18874, any person who willfully violates <br /> this part, or regulations adopted pursuant to this part, shall be liable for a civil penalty of five hundred dollars ($500) for <br /> each violation or for each day of a continuing violation.
