This premise has been found to be in violation of Title 8, Division 5,of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code;the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3:and the Calrfornia Code of Regulations,Title 25, Division 1,Subchapter 1. COMPLIANCE The listed violations identified on the reverse side of this form must be corrected within 30 days of notification of the violations. If the property is encumbered by a recorded mortgage or deed of trust,an additional 15 days will be granted for the mortgagee or beneficiary to comply with the requirements of this notice. The cost to the mortgagee or beneficiary shall be added to and become part of the lien secured by said mortgage or deed of trust(California Code of Regulation, Title 25, Division 1, Subchapter 1, Section 54). Failure to correct the violation within the time constraints identified in this notice will result in further legal action.
