If compliance is not obtained,this office will report <br /> such noncompliance to the State Franchise Tax Board which will disallow the State Income Tax deduction of interest, <br /> depreciation,or taxes for said dwelling unit(s). A NOTICE OF VIOLATION will also be recorded with the San Joaquin <br /> County Recorders Office. <br /> APPEALS <br /> The recorded owner and any other parties holding recorded legal interest will be notified of this action and may appeal <br /> this action or the indicated violations to the San Joaquin County Board of Housing Appeals.
