Resources Assigned: <br /> Name ICS Position Home Agency (and Unit) <br /> Robert Lopez IC Environmental Health Department <br /> 7.Activity Log: <br /> DatelTime Notable Activities <br /> 9117/13, 1215 Public Works; Lea Nolan advised Shamay Moultrie reported 4 quarts of waste oil <br /> abandoned on the side of the road in front of 12751 N Thornton Rd., Lodi. <br /> 1220 1 called a spoke with Sharnay Moultrie; an employee at the White Slough Water Treatment <br /> facility. She said the containers of oil have been there about a week and half. I advised I <br /> would be responding after I finish with a previous call. <br /> 1410 Arrived on scene. Material identified as waste oil. There is actually 5 gallons of waste oil <br /> at the site. Material loaded for transport to the waste accumulation site. <br /> 1430 Depart site. <br /> 1500 Arrived at the waste accumulation site. <br /> 1530 Notified the State Warning Center; Control #13-5840 assigned.
