EHD was on site <br /> along with Fire Department. The facility was evacuated due to a strong chemical odor. <br /> I am doing a referral for enforcement action against the responsible party to the DDA assigned to environmental <br /> enforcement. Is there any way I can get a copy of the deputy's report from either of you or do I need to do a <br /> public records release? <br /> The report number I have is 15-201413.
