Repair the flooring where needed in the park office building. 2. The street light located at the south west corner next to guest parking is not working. T25 CCR 1108(a). Repair the street light to provide light during hours of darkness. NOTE: A HCD 50 Permit to construct is required to repair the park office. An application was placed with the park manager. A copy of this notice was placed with the Park Operator. Failure to comply with this order will be considered a willful violation of the Mobilehome Parks Act. Pursuant to HSC 18401, any willful violation of this part, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, is a misdemeanor under HSC 18700. When a reinspection reveals the cited person failed to correct the violation the Department shall be compensated by the person responsible for correction of violation for any subsequent re-inspection to verify correction of the violation at the following hourly rate: (1) First hour: one hundred ninety-six dollars ($196.00) (a) Second and subsequent whole hours: eighty-two dollars ($82.00) (b) Each thirty (30) minutes or fractional part thereof: forty-one dollars ($41.00) 25 CCR, Chapter 21004.5. If the applicant receiving this notice of violation and order to correct disagrees with: (1) the existence of one or more alleged violations; (2) the alleged failure to correct the violations in the required time frame had not been complied with; or (3) the time frame within which the violations shall be corrected is not sufficient; you have the right to submit a written request for an informal conference. Any written request for an informal conference must contain the following information: (1) The name, address, and telephone number of the person requesting the informal conference, and (2) a brief description of the issues disputed. Submit your request to the Northern Area Office identified on page 1 of this Activity Report. The park (or park resident) is required to make the above noted corrections) within 30 days. A reinspection will be conducted on or about this date to verify compliance with this Notice of Violation.
