The following is an itemized list of conditionally exempt tiered permit violations that <br /> have not been addressed for Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel, LLC-Stockton as <br /> of February 08, 2019. <br /> Open violations from December 28, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation #202 - Failed to keep adequate written operating instructions for a treatment unit. <br /> Observation: The facility could not provide written operating instructions for the wastewater treatment unit during <br /> the inspection. The facility could not provide a record of the dates, amounts and types of waste treated. These <br /> records must be maintained on site for three years. <br /> Corrective Action: Provide a copy of the written operating instructions for the wastewater treatment unit. Provide a <br /> copy of December 2018 records of the amounts and types of waste treated by the wastewater treatment unit. <br /> Violation#302 - Failed to comply with laundering reusable soiled textile materials requirements. <br /> Observations: <br /> The facility did not provide records that show the date, type, and quantities of the materials collected and laundered <br /> at the facility. <br /> The facility did not demonstrate that the washwater conveyances and containers are constructed of materials to <br /> ensure that they are impervious under the conditions of use, and are visually inspected at least twice a year to <br /> ensure that waste washwater is not leaking into the underlying soil. <br /> The facility did not demonstrate that they have a training program in place that ensures that the facility personnel are <br /> able to safely and properly handle and clean the reusable soiled textile materials. <br /> Corrective Actions: <br /> Provide copies of the December 2018 records that show the date, type, and quantities of the materials collected and <br /> laundered at the facility. <br /> Provide records that demonstrate that the washwater conveyances and containers are constructed of materials to <br /> ensure that they are impervious under the conditions of use. <br /> Provide records and procedures that show that the washwater conveyances and containers are visually inspected at <br /> least twice a year to ensure that waste washwater is not leaking into the underlying soil. The washwater <br /> conveyances include the waste water trenches connecting the washing equipment to the pit and the water treatment <br /> system. The containers include the pit adjacent to the shakers. <br /> Provide the training program records that demonstrate that the facility personnel are able to safely and properly <br /> handle and clean the reusable soiled textile materials.
