Washington ENV1RUNMENT HEALTH <br /> Stockton, California PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Stantec Project Number: 211600194.200.0002 <br /> Dear Mr. Taylor: <br /> On behalf of BP West Coast Products LLC, Stantec Consulting Corporation (Stantec), is <br /> submitting the waste disposal documentation for material recovered following a fuel release at <br /> BP Stockton Terminal 40T (the `site') on November 3, 2009. For information regarding the <br /> release, please reference the Stantec Product Release Report dated December 4, 2009. <br /> Following the fuel release, a total of three 55-gallon drums were filled with excavated soil. One <br /> additional 55-gallon drum was filled with sampling debris and plastic wrap. The drums were <br /> transported under a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest on December 17, 2009 to the Heritage <br /> Environmental Service's landfill location in Coolidge, Arizona.
