O
CAUc
a PC" San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 3/1/2015 to
a 6/17/2020 for COISIJULL located at
8023 West Lane, Stockton
Activity Date Recorded by
04/08/2016 10 pm. Hardeep Singh called and set up an inspection for 10 am tomorrow. PE 1600 BACKUS
SC 944
04/08/2016 7:18 pm. Received call from Hardeep Singh via SJGH operator- President CH&R PE 1600 BACKUS
Foods, 661-703-7298. He wants the EHD to approve a temporary hose and pump SC 944
solution to drain the 3-compartment sink via floor drain into the grease trap
outside. The permanent line will take a few days to repair since a tree stump and
roots are over the line. He's under EHD order to repair the plugged drain line
before reopening the facility. I contacted Jeff Carruesco and described the
temporary repair. He said we can approve a temporary solution and asked me to
call when I'm on site.
04/09/2016 10 am. Met Hardeep Singh on site and witnessed a successful demonstration of PE 1600 BACKUS
the temporary hose and pump that drains the floor drain under the 3-compartment SC 974
sink. The air gap is still functioning. A submersible pump was placed in the floor
drain. A 2-inch flexible line runs from the pump out through the back door and to
the grease trap 30 feet from the door and in the parking lot. The grease trap lid is
raised with a 2x4 to allow the hose to discharge into the trap. The grease trap is
surrounded with yellow tape and cones to alert the public of the hazard. I photo
graphed the setup. I discussed the setup with Jeff Carruesco and he approved
the temporary fix. The facility has a deadline of Wednesday April 13 to repair the
permanent line. The permanent(plugged) line has a palm tree stump and roots
above it directly outside the kitchen wall at the cleanout location. I told the owner
to get a City of Stockton building permit and do a USA survey of the underground
utilities, as necessary, depending on the scope of the repair and the Stockton
requirements. I wrote an inspection report and Hardeep signed it. I allowed the
facility to reopen. Abated complaint.
