Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Noncompliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM—LOCATION--TEMP a F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> I spoke to"Rose" manager who says she saw floor sink backing up yesterday. <br /> I observed floor sink under ice machine (near drive thru window) that is backed up. <br /> I also observed water on flooring. <br /> Facility is closed and is to remain closed until floor sink drains properly. <br /> Operator to contact the Environmental Health Department when ready for inspection to re-open. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
