The results of this sampling are <br /> enclosed. <br /> The sample results indicate that no carbamates, chlorinated <br /> pesticides, or organophosphorus pesticides were present in any of <br /> the samples. The white powder was found to be either sodium <br /> bicarbonate or soda ash and had a pH of ' 11. A metal scan was run <br /> on one soil sample. The .metal scan results did not exceed any of <br /> the Total Threshold Limit Concentration (TTLC) values for metals <br /> found in Section 66699 , Title 22 , California Code of Regulations . <br /> Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter.
