Telephone: (209)547-9898 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: 000045399 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the fallowing complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY WERE AT THE FACILITY ON 1/11/2017 AT APPROXIMATELY 12:20 PM.WHEN THEY <br /> REACHED FOR AN ITEM ON A SHELF 2 MICE RAN ACROSS THE SHELF. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediateN.Non-compliance may warrant immediate c%osure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents,Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed two live rodents,one in the back area and one in the retail area where the party supplies are. <br /> Also observed chewed open chip bags in the retail portion. There are numerous rodent droppings in the back storage area <br /> on top of the merchandise boxes and along the floor. Observed 4 dead rodents on sticky traps in the back area. <br /> Remove all vermin today.
