The VCA was signed on October 23, <br /> 2002. <br /> In addition to the VCA, I have enclosed a Customer Service Survey developed by the <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA). Cal/EPA would appreciate your <br /> input regarding DTSC staff's performance while negotiating and preparing the <br /> agreement.
