Chevron Environmental Management Company(ChevronTexaco)notified <br /> the Governor's Office of Emergency Services(OES)and the National Response Center(NRC)on the <br /> same day as the incident. Subsequently,the California Department of Fish and Game contacted <br /> ChevronTexaco for additional details but declined to view the site. <br /> ChevronTexaco is taking extensive measures to provide better system performance.
