TPHd analyses will be performed both with and without a <br /> silica gel preparation procedure. <br /> Several samples will be submitted to the laboratory for quality assurance/quality control(QA/QC) <br /> purposes. One trip blank,provided by the laboratory,will accompany grab groundwater sample <br /> containers throughout the trip from the laboratory to the field and back to the laboratory. The trip <br /> blank will be analyzed for TPHg, and BTEX. One equipment blank will be collected using a dis- <br /> posable bailer. The equipment blank will be submitted to the laboratory, however,it will only be <br /> analyzed if there is a question regarding the results of the grab groundwater samples. In addition, <br /> one of the soil samples collected will be specified for matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate analysis <br /> G for TPHc,BTEX, and PAHs. <br /> a <br /> DATA EVALUATION,REPORTING,AND SCHEDULE <br /> After analytical results have been received, Geomatrix will perform a screening-level human <br /> health risk assessment based on these and previous results if we anticipate that no additional data <br /> are required. Geomatrix will prepare a report documenting field activities, analytical results,and <br /> results of the human health risk assessment. <br /> It is anticipated that field activities can commence approximately two weeks after receipt of your <br /> authorization to proceed and of ChevronTexaco's acquisition of property access, depending on <br /> d subcontractor availability.
