The
contractors declaration that was submitted was signed by Steve Guernsey of Frontier Drilling. I
contacted Geological Technics Inc. for clarification and was informed they may not be the
consultant performing this work. The type of drill/probe rig, the C-57 licensed driller, and the
consultant must be confirmed prior to PHS/EHD approving the permit application.
r
If you have any questions contact me at (209)468-3449.
Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS
Unit IV F
i
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
I
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
