4.2. REPORT PREPARATION
Following performance of the final week of injection and receipt of laboratory data, a report
will be prepared presenting the findings of the pilot test. The report will include a
description and results of the work performed. Conclusions, applicable recommendations
and maps will be included in the report. The report will be in a format acceptable to the
CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Professional Geologist.
5.0. FIELD PROCEDURES
All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative and under the supervision
of a California Professional Geologist. Procedures forthe collection of background/baseline
