ACCESS AGREEMENT Soil Probe Boring Advancement 521 East Oak Street, Stockton, CA. As the property owner of 521 East Oak Street,I(Mr. Carlos Rodriguez)do hereby grant permission to Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)to advance soil probe borings at 521 East Oak Street, Stockton, CA. The investigation is being performed under the directive of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The scope of work for investigation at 521 East Oak Street will include advancing three 2-inch diameter boreholes utilizing a van-mounted Geoprobe 5400 to an approximate depth of 40 feet below surface grade (bsg)to extract water samples. Prior to performance of any field operations,at least one week notification to Mr.Carlos Rodriguez will be given.Advancement activities will be completed in approximately 7 hours.The area utilized for soil probe boring activities at 521 East Oak Street shall be returned to its original conditions after advancement activities are completed. All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of Stallworth Auto Sales located at 602 North California Street (Mr. Gary Stallworth). Mr. Stallworth will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses for investigation associated with any contamination from the Stallworth site.
