As the property owner(s)or representative for the property owner(s)of 540 North California Street, I(Ms.Lindy Turner of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of San Joaquin County)do hereby grant permission to Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)to advance CPT soil borings at 540 North California Street, Stockton, CA. The investigation is being performed under directive from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The scope of work for investigation at 540 North California Street will include advancing paired 2-inch diameter boreholes utilizing a 25 ton truck-mounted CPT rig to an approximate depth of 200 feet below surface grade (bsg)to collect water samples. Prior to performance of any field operations, at least one week notification will be given to Ms. Lindy Turner of the CAPC.Advancement activities will be completed in no more than 2 days. The area utilized for CPT soil boring activities at 540 North California Street shall be returned to its original conditions after advancement activities are completed. All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of Stallworth Auto Sales located at 602 North California Street (Mr. Gary Stallworth). Mr. Stallworth will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses for investigation associated with any contamination from the Stallworth site.
