(AGE). In the Report,
AGE discusses the findings of the pilot test conducted to evaluate the effects of chemical
oxidation to hydrocarbon-impacted groundwater at the site. AGE recommends
preparation of an interim remedial action work plan (IRAWP) proposing ISCO injection to
mitigate the remaining hydrocarbon impacted groundwater and soil at the site. The
IRAWP will proposes additional ISCO injection well locations, well construction
specifications, and will detail procedures for full-scale implementation at the site.
The EHD approves preparation of the remedial action plan based on the contaminant
concentration declines in the injection wells during and after the pilot test. Prepare a
Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and IRAWP. Public participation is required. Submit the
CAP and IRAWP to the EHD by June 10, 2013.
If you have any questions or comments please contact Lisa Medina at (209) 468-3455, or
by email at Imedina(o)sicehd.com.
Lisa Medina, REHS Nuel C.
