The purpose of the wells is to monitor groundwater in <br /> conjunction with ARCO facility No. 2186, located at 3212 North California Street, <br /> Stockton. Since that time we have met with representatives of San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Services and your Access Agreement has been <br /> reviewed by our City Attorney's Office.' <br /> The agreement you have proposed will need to be modified. Our changes.will be <br /> forwarded to you by Doug Calkins, Deputy City Attorney. However, in order to <br /> complete our review it is requested that you provide specific information with <br /> respect to the proposed location of the two monitoring wells. We will need;a <br /> metes and bounds description and a City of Stockton standard "format An <br /> drawing illustrating the precise location of the wells.
