This workplan addendum has been written in response to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(SJCEHD)letter dated March 22, 2004(Attachment A). The SJCEHD letter directs <br /> the following amendment t%the URS Workplan for Groundwater Monitoring and Remediation Well <br /> Installation dated February 1*2004: <br /> 1. Submit a workplan by April 30, 2004,for a pilot test to evaluate the proposed IAS system. Also <br /> include an estimate, with calculations and assumptions, of the hydrocarbon mass at this site. <br /> URS concurs with the above directive and therefore proposes to install one AS well to a depth of 65 feet <br /> +j below ground surface for the,purpose of conducting an AS pilot test. The proposed location of the <br /> single AS well is shown on the amended Proposed Well Locations map (Figure 2).
