Operator stated that the staff receives food safety training (FHC and FSC). <br /> 6. The staff consume the foods prepared in facility. <br /> 7. Operator is not aware of any out of country travel by employees. <br /> Observed the procedures for when a customer orders a pizza. The pizza on the counter,which is under temperature time <br /> control (3 hours), is placed on an oven rack using a spatula.The pizza is placed in the Turbo Chef oven for 40 seconds.
