Date. The SVE system began operations on August 30, 2004 Approximately 196 9 lbs of GRO, 0 00 lbs of benzene and
0 00 lbs of MtBE were removed during the third quarter 2005 The SVE system operated in compliance with the San
Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD)Permit to Operate#N-5083 A performance evaluation of
the remedial systems between July 1,2005,and September 30,2005,are presented as Appendix A
This report is based on data, site conditions, and other information that are generally applicable as of the date of the
report, and the conclusions and recommendations herein are therefore applicable only to that time frame
FIGURES
Figure 1 Groundwater Elevation Contours
Figure 2 Groundwater Analytical Summary
TABLES .
Table I Groundwater Elevation and Analytical Data
Table 2 Fuel Oxygenates Analytical Data
Table 3 Groundwater Gradient Data
Table 4 Analytical Results of Soil Vapor Treatment Analysis
APPENDICES
Appendix A Site 2186 Remedial System Performance Evaluation
Appendix B Field and Laboratory Procedures
Appendix C Laboratory Analytical Reports,Cham-of-Custody Documentation, and Field Data Sheets
.
