Based on the San Joaquin County EHD Standards For Well':,Construction and.Destruction; the <br /> monitoring well destruction will follow the procedures listed' n Section 13:17. -The well will be <br /> a sounded for total depth and checked_ for integrity;any obstruction found in the well will be removed; <br /> 60 and-well casing will then be back filled with neat cement in accordance with Section 13.17.8/9.
