This plan accompanies the encroachment permit <br /> application for the work. The assessment activities consist of exploratory soil borings <br /> and groundwater monitoring well installation activities at two locations on City of <br /> Lathrop right of way: <br /> • Location 1 (MW-8)is on Louise Avenue in the eastbound lane and will be located a <br /> minimum of 4 feet north of the curb and approximately 80 feet east of the sidewalk <br /> barricade located at the entrance to the Libby Owens Ford facility. <br /> • Location 2 (MW-9)is on the sidewalk along the western edge.of Cambridge Street <br /> and is approximately 100 feel north of Louise Avenue. <br /> Drilling and well installation activities will be conducted consistent with the Work Plan <br /> for Additional Site Assessment(IT, May 15, 2000) that was submitted to and approved <br /> by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD). Drilling permit applications have also been submitted to the PHS-EHD. <br /> The drilling and well installation activities, required paving to replace the portions of <br /> street and sidewalk at each location, and groundwater sampling activities will require <br /> lane closure and traffic control consistent with CalTrans Standard Plan Til. A copy of <br /> Standard Plan T1 is presented as Attachment A. <br />
