Prepare and submit a quarterly summary report.
2. Perform quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling.
3. Perform well installation and vertical assessment and submit results in a Site Conceptual
Model.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the third quarter groundwater monitoring and sampling and data TPPH, benzene, and
MtBE are fully delineated with the exception of northeast of well MW-16. SECOR has submitted
a work plan for the installation of additional wells downgradient of MW-16 that should complete
delineation. Upon the completion of work outlined in Work Plan for Well Installation and Vertical
Assessment dated September 7, 2004 and submission of the results in an SCM, interim remedial
options should be implemented to prevent additional offsite migration of petroleum hydrocarbons.
